Feedback and Complaint Process

Nassau Community College takes complaints and concerns very seriously. Nassau Community College provides students with a mechanism for giving feedback and submitting complaints concerning the College’s operations.

This form is not the appropriate place to report concerns regarding the psychological well-being of a student. If you have concerns about a student at NCC you should call Psychological Counselingduring regular business hours at 516-572-7698. If it is after regular business hours, or you cannot reach someone in Psychological Counseling, you should call Public Safety at 516-572-7111.
